Liaising with all levels of Management, Union and Employees on Human Resource issues (Industrial Relations, Personnel and Training)

 

Co-ordinating and actioning the recruitment, selection, appointment and integration of suitable candidates into the organization & Administering compensation and wages

 

Preparing for and representing the Organization in various conflict resolution applications

 

Have a Degree / Diploma in HR or Personnel Management

Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years at senior staff level within the disciplines of Personnel, Training and Development and Industrial Relations within a manufacturing environment
