· Code 08 drivers license
Specific Experience required -· Knowledge of domestic and international express parcel service essential
· A minimum of 3 years experience with proven track record
· Confidence to negotiate at board level
· Ability to operate under pressure
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Must have own vehicle and cell phone
Main duties of the position -
· New business sales
· Client relationship management for current and prospecting clients
· Initiate and execute sales activities

Our Client is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and well-qualified freight Sales Executive.
You must have a good understanding of the Freight (Transportation) industry. This will be an outside sales position with some possible inside sales and operational responsibilities.
The Sales Executive will identify new prospects and qualify new prospects within existing assigned accounts, conduct need/solution analysis, prepare proposal and, independently or through management, present solutions and capabilities to our clients.
We will consider a quick learner without experience in the trucking business, but must have a proven record of success in sales and who is considered a closer.
